I currently serve as a supervisory board member at DekaBank, VW Bank GmbH and BWI GmbH, holding chair positions in audit committees where applicable. My work focuses on governance, financial oversight, risk management and regulatory compliance in banking, financial services and security-relevated environments.

In addition, I contribute to risk monitoring bodies within the deposit guarantee scheme of the German Savings Banks Finance Group, providing a system-wide perspective on financial stability.
Professional Background and Competence
For more than 18 years, I was a Partner at Deloitte, working in audit and advisory roles and holding internal leadership responsibilities, including the development of new business areas and organisational functions.
My core competence lies in strategic thinking under uncertainty, governance in regulated environments and the assessment of organisational interdependencies.
I have worked extensively with scenario techniques and dialog-oriented formats and complement my practical experience with formal qualifications as a certified auditor and training as a systemic coach.
